Description:
Do you want your business or organization to be exceptional? Do you want to bring out the best it has to offer? Are you feeling pulled in so many directions that your efforts get lost? There are five critical elements that must be addressed by that organization’s leadership to produce the best opportunity for success. This is equally true for all kinds of enterprises - businesses, non-profits, and public agencies. Too often leaders become so immersed in the day to day operations of their organization that these elements are ignored. In other cases, leaders attend to some elements at the expense of others - diminishing their organization’s capacities.
